The staff were really friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome from the start. Room had a decent size, and I loved the jacuzzi after a long day.

We had a fantastic family getaway at this charming hotel. The pool was a massive hit with my kids, who spent hours splashing and enjoying themselves. , ensuring we felt welcomed throughout. It’s a perfect base for exploring the lovely Pendle area.

My children wished there was a bit earlier dinner service for families. Eating at 6pm was a struggle after a long day of activities, especially with little ones who get hungry fast.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the absolutely gorgeous afternoon tea experience. The selection of high-quality sandwiches, delightful scones, and a variety of desserts with beautiful presentation easily made it one of the best I've experienced. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during the visit. the changing rooms by the pool could use a little modernization for a more comfortable experience.
